Project development, implementation and evaluation
I have worked on a broad range of conservation, development and research projects and programmes. I spent 10 years as project manager developing community conservation approaches in Uganda and 10 years as a senior conservation programme director in Asia. I have experience leading World Bank, USAID and European Union projects. I can manage complex projects and programmes, and supervise multi-national and multi-cultural teams. I can lead or facilitate strategic development and institutional development processes. I can act as team leader on formal project evaluations, facilitate participatory evaluations, and write and develop budgets for project proposals. I can supervise the development and employment of financial and administrative systems within complex operational environments. |
